1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using careernet.com, the CareerNet Pocket Playbook, CareerNet Nation, or any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your engagement with The CareerNet Companies and our suite of workforce and operational platforms.

2. Description of Services

CareerNet provides a productivity and hiring frameworks designed to build and deploy operational standards. Our services include:

  • Productivity Playbooks: Structured operational documentation built from your organization’s expertise.

  • The Pocket Playbook: A centralized, digital application for deploying your custom standard to your workforce.

  • CareerNet Direct and CareerNet Nation: Precision hiring solutions connecting you with fully vetted professionals without placement fees.

  • Training and Deployment: Management and operational training modules.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

CareerNet builds solutions your company owns permanently. Upon completion of our operational playbook build, you retain full ownership of the custom content within your specific Productivity Playbook. The CareerNet Companies retain all intellectual property rights to the underlying methodologies, the CareerNet Pocket Playbook software, CareerNet Direct technologies, and all proprietary structural frameworks.

4. User Accounts and Security

Accessing certain features, such as CareerNet Direct dashboards or the Pocket Playbook, requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Services operate on both onetime payments and flat monthly subscription tiers rather than individual placement fees. Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are defined in your specific service agreement. All fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. User Conduct and Network Integrity

Whether you are an employer utilizing our advisory services or a professional joining CareerNet Nation, you agree to use our platforms strictly for their intended professional purposes.

7. Upcoming Mobile Applications

These Terms apply to all web platforms and will automatically extend to the CareerNet Nation mobile application upon its release in July 2026, as well as any future software deployments.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The CareerNet Companies provide platforms and frameworks to optimize workforce performance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The CareerNet Companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
