We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems and concerns clients may have with and services. This position is additionally responsible for customer service via email.


Requirements and Compensation

  • Hybrid – Remote and on-location

  • $28.00 – 35.00 hourly, 40+ hours per week, less in months May – July. 
  • 1 year of prior tech support/call center experience.
  • Own up-to-date laptop.
  • Access to high speed internet.
  • Highly familiar with computer settings, wifi settings, and app extensions.
